Description
An asymmetrical, textile and oxidised silver wire necklace. Made from faded vintage textiles and blue embroidery thread. This necklace has a purposely ‘distressed’ look to it. The circular motifs, with stitched swallows line drawings, are hand sewn and linked using a technique similar to tatting and covered silver wire links. Fastened with a vintage Dorset button clasp. Can be worn or, perhaps used as a dressing table decoration.
