Postage within the UK is included in the sale price.

Additional charges apply for all international shipping and are automatically applied at checkout. International shipping rates vary for each product.

To be eligible to purchase products on this website you must be over 18 years of age. I reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by anyone at anytime.

Delivery information

Each sculpture is carefully packed and sent in a sturdy box. I use recycled packaging wherever possible. All sculptures travelling within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a fully insured overnight service. Sculptures travelling overseas are sent either with Royal Mail or with Parcelforce using a fully tracked service.
Please note: Items delivered outside the UK could be subject to import duties and taxes. These are charged at destination and are the responsibility of the individual receiving the goods. Please contact your local customs office for further details before purchasing if you are concerned. Jill Ashton/Betty Pepper cannot be held liable for any import duties or taxes that may be imposed.

What if your piece arrives damaged?

Please check the box on arrival! Every piece is packaged carefully to withstand rough handling. However, if an item arrives damaged, please take photographs of the parcel before opening and notify me by email within 24 hours of delivery. Please do not sign the “Received in good condition” declaration if you haven’t examined the exterior of the parcel or if it is damaged. I won’t be able to refund if the parcel is signed as being “received in good condition” but is later found to be damaged.

Returns and Refunds

I hope that you’ll be very happy with your purchase but understand that you may change your mind and wish to return an item and seek a refund. If this is the case you need to let me know via email no longer than 14 days after the date on which you received the products. Each sculpture is one of a kind, sold as seen. The measurements, descriptions and photos of each piece are as accurate as possible. I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of my products that appear in the shop. I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. Please refer carefully to the images and details before purchasing. I am more than happy to supply additional photos to ensure you are happy. If you have any questions or want to check the details, please do so before buying via email betty@bettypepper.co.uk

If you do wish to return an item please email me on betty@bettypepper.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your contact details and your order details and let me know why you are returning an item so that I can put things right for you. You’ll then be sent a returns address and details of how to proceed. Please note the cost of postage and condition of returned sculptures are the customer’s responsibility, and the sculpture remains the responsibility of the customer until it reaches me. (Returns must be packaged in the original box and have all packaging reapplied using the same method in which it arrived. Please use a tracked and signed for method, insured to the full amount of the purchase price and obtain proof of posting.) I will issue a full refund on returned sculptures that meet these conditions minus postage fees, unless the item has been damaged in transit.  Unfortunately, I cannot offer returns on commissions or pieces made to order. Cancelled orders that have already been shipped will be treated as returns using the policy above.

Product Pricing & Descriptions

All prices published are set in pounds sterling. Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description, but please do remember that handmade craft is not mass-produced and therefore slight variables in design and colour are always possible.

Commissioned items

Once a commissioned piece is ordered and a deposit or full amount has been paid it usually cannot be cancelled unless specifically by agreement. Once I have started a commissioned piece, it is unlikely that a cancellation will be possible. However, if you email me as soon as possible after placing the order, a cancellation may be possible. I am unable to offer refunds for completed commissioned/bespoke pieces.
